Profile: Bruticus

Allegiance: Decepticon, Combaticon

Bruticus is the combined form of the five Combaticons, Onslaught, Vortex, Swindle, Brawl and Blast Off. His mind is made up of their five minds working in unison. Due to this, he's better at taking orders than working alone. As it is, he's a nigh-unstoppable war machine, once he's told what to do.

Bruticus first appeared during Starscream's failed coup (which also facilitated the creation of the Combaticons). Bruticus defeated Devastator, and it appeared that Starscream had won, but a sneak attack by the Stunticon giant Menasor foiled the coup.

The Combaticons and Starscream were exiled to a barren asteroid. Starscream abandoned the Combaticons. Blast Off towed the asteroid back to Cybertron, where Bruticus overthrew Shockwave and took control of the Spacebridge. The Combaticons then used the Spacebridge in an attempt to move the Earth into the Sun, destroying all Earth-Bound Autobots and Decepticons. A joint-efort between the Autobots and Decepticons thwarted the plan. Megatron used holograms to fake Bruticus' destruction, and reprogrammed Bruticus to be more obedient.

Bruticus continued to battle the Autobots for decades, both on Earth and in Space. In 2005-2006 Bruticus assisted in the takeover of the pacifist Autobot planet Paradron, until it was destroyed by the Autobots, as well as various assaults upon Earth. Bruticus was also one of the first Decepticons to be infected with the Hate Plague at the Swafford-Morgan laboratory. He was apparently cured, as the Combaticons were later seen free of the madness.

Current Status: Unknown. Possibly lost in space aboard Scorponok.
