Dr. Alchezar (also spelled Alkazar) is a human scientist, who invented a formula for the creation of Anti-Matter. To prevent the Decepticons from gaining the Anti-Matter formula, Dr. Alchezar sent the fomula to his assistant, Chip Chase. The Decepticons gained the formula for Anti-Matter, despite the scientists' best efforts.

Dr. Alchezar's current status is unknown.
