Profile: Abominus

Allegiance: Decepticon

Abominus is the combined form of the Decepticon group known as the Terrorcons, comprised of Hungrrr, Sinnertwin, Cutthroat, Blot and Rippersnapper. Abominus first appeared in a battle against the Autobots on Earth's moon, where all of the Primitives, both Autobot and Decepticon, were called away by the being known as Oracle to defeat Primacron and his new creation, Tornadron. Abominus fell battling Tornadron, but was later revived when Grimlock reverese Tornadron's function, restoring all who fell before the energy cannibal.

Later, Abominus was a major factor in battling the Autobots on the surface of Unicron's Head. Galvatron, seeking to harvest Anti-Electrons to use against the Autobots. During that battle, Abominus' nemesis arose, Computron.

Abominus was sometimes used by the Quintessons, whether on loan or abducted is unknown. In either case, the Quintessons limited the duration that the Terrorcons could remain combined by setting Abominus on a timer. When the timer would run out, Abominus would separate into his component Terrorcons. On one such occasion, the Terrorcons were used to protect a secret Quintesson installation within Earth's solar system. Again, the Technobots arrived and used Computron to thwart the Quintessons' plans, with the help of the humans, Marissa Faireborn, of the EDC, and Dirk Mannis.

Abominus also was instrumental in the theft of the Morgan-Swafford Alloy, which was used to protect Optimus Prime from the Hate Plague.

Abominus' current status is unknown.
